Publish what is verifiable

RERA registration details, clear project status, real imagery, transparent pricing and honest timelines do more for credibility than any polished slogan. If a claim cannot be verified, it should not be published.

Be honest about what you cannot show

If a project is still under construction, say so. If a metric is not ready, do not invent it. Buyers respect honesty, and a single discovered lie can undo months of marketing.
